Fixip is a team of highly talented specialists in Retouching, CGI, Color Grading, Post-Production, and AI Exploration. Based between Los Angeles and Europe, the team is highly adaptable to the needs of each project. With over 15 years of experience, Fixip is renowned for its swift turnaround times, responsiveness to client requests, and utilization of cutting-edge technologies including the latest AI-driven explorations.

We create digital assets for advertising campaigns, films, social media, and more. Through continuous experimentation and innovation, Fixip explores how artificial intelligence can enhance, accelerate, and expand creative possibilities. FOUNDER

With 15 years of experience in high-end automotive retouching and on-set productions, Mika is the visionary behind FIXIP. His academic journey combines a Bachelor’s degree in Photography—where he graduated top of his class—with studies in engineering, equipping him with a unique blend of creative and technical expertise. This dual background fuels his innovative approach to problem-solving and visual storytelling.
 
Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a deep understanding of the market, Mika founded FIXIP to scale his vision and deliver cutting-edge solutions to his clients. Today, he leads FIXIP with the same passion and dedication that have defined his career, crafting bespoke visual identities for some of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands.
Cedric Uebersax

LEAD CGI

With over 20 years of experience in advertising photography and retouching, Cédric Uebersax brings a unique and versatile expertise to FIXIP. A specialist in digital imagery, he excels in integrating 3D tools and cutting-edge technologies to elevate every project. Having collaborated with prestigious international brands such as Peugeot, Citroën, and Publicis, Cédric is driven by a holistic creative vision and a sharp sense of innovation. As Lead CG at FIXIP, he plays a key role in crafting impactful and contemporary visuals, constantly pushing the boundaries of digital creation.
 
Sarah Kedraon

ACCOUNT MANAGER

As FIXIP’s Account Manager, Sarah is the cornerstone of client relationships and operational excellence. With exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural talent for building trust, she ensures seamless communication and a personalized approach to every project. Her expertise in administrative management and organizational efficiency guarantees that all aspects of production run smoothly, from initial briefing to final delivery. LEAD ART DIRECTION

Axel brings a unique mix of creativity and visual expertise to FIXIP. With dual Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Communication as well as Art Direction, he specializes in audiovisual production, motion graphics, and visual coherence. His focus on achieving visual harmony makes him a key asset to the team.

Over his career, Axel has developed an innovative approach to visual storytelling and built strong project management skills. At FIXIP, he leads the creative direction, ensuring all visuals align with client visions while meeting the team’s high standards for quality and originality.
