For the Audi E-TRON project by David Westphal. David approached us to handle the color grading for his series of images featuring a white Audi at El Mirage in California. We crafted a series with vibrant colors and implemented lens flares to add interest to the somewhat static background lacking in dynamism and color, particularly during the evening hours. The series, while simple and minimalist, effectively showcases the beauty of the car against a clean backdrop, accentuating its sleek lines. Leveraging the red taillights against the blue background created a striking contrast, enhancing the overall visual impact. Although it was a modest project, collaborating with new individuals to create fresh content and observing different creative processes fosters meaningful connections and enriches our portfolio endeavors.
